Allianz Trade
RCTECH renovated the 1,200 m² offices of Allianz Trade in central Athens. A previously fragmented floor was reorganized through a 70-meter linear circulation axis that defines the spatial logic, clarifies scale, and structures departmental zones. Transparent partitions and low wooden furniture articulate boundaries, while executive offices and support areas are discreetly integrated along the periphery.
A generous entrance is framed by four glass meeting rooms and a luminous ceiling membrane that simulates daylight. At the eastern end, a buffer zone hosts a a monochromatic communal area, and a terrace for informal gatherings. Warm tones and domestic references contrast with industrial elements such as exposed concrete columns and linear aluminum ceilings.
